Reviews:

IG, January 17, 1999 A rich source of insight through Jungian Psychology

This book (a collection of speeches by the author) is definitely grounded in the assumption that alchemy can best be understood through Jungian psychology which, for many deep students of alchemy, might seem like a limited perspective. Even so, it is filled with many insights into the rich symbolisms and archetypes that permeate alchemical art and lore. Definitely worth a read.
