Reviews:

Becky B.B. 2/4/99 A Creative Companion by Sark

If you get the chance and want to lose yourself in yourself, read this book. It not only frees your creative soul, it offers work sheets to write your goals down on and tells you how to achieve those goals by making micromovements towards them.

A fun, inspirational book.

A reader from San Jose, California , February 21, 1999 SARK'S books are inspirations to us all!
This was the first SARK book that I bought and I read it from cover to cover. I now have all of her books and am waiting for the release of the new Nap book in May. All of her books are inspiring and good natured. They give you an uplift when you need it most.

Rae from New York , February 4, 1999 Dare to be free.
Sark has a wonderful gift for transforming the mundane into the magnificent. Read this book and be re-introduced to your inner child. I dare you.

Sunshine B. Lewis from Lynchburg, Va , November 30, 1998 A SWEET AND CHILD-LIKE WAY TO "RELEASE"
HOW COULD ANYONE NOT LOVE THIS BOOK OR THIS WOMAN'S MIND. I BELIEVE THAT IN ALL OF US LIES A DESIRE TO BE MORE PURE AND CHILD-LIKE WITH OUR LIVES. OUR SOCIETY TODAY NEEDS A GOOD DOSE OF SARK.

A reader from South Carolina , November 19, 1998 It gave me a new motivation!
I use this book to help keep me from getting bogged down in day-to-day life. It is a wonderful, uplifting, thought-provoking book. The best part is that it requires no commitments. I read a paragraph or maybe only a page at a time. I have really been frustrated with my job lately, and everytime the turkeys get me down and I sink into self-doubt, I pick up this book and it helps return the spring to my step! I am also enjoying Living Juicy by Sark - check it out!

A reader from Gainesville, FL , May 18, 1998 Fun yet inspirational
I love SARK books. They are fun to read, yet each one is loaded with ideas to expand the mind and release the inner person--be it artist, writer or better person.

A reader from Dallas/Ft.Worth , April 1, 1998 WITTY, WISE, and WONDERFUL!
Every word and drawing that splash from SARK'S pens and crayons play joyfully with your inner child and wildly applaud the grown woman/man. SARK is a colorful, multi-flavored snowcone of an author!

A reader from Carmel, New York , November 11, 1997 Stunning!
I say stunning because when I first picked up the book, the stodgy old lady in me wanted to toss it aside because it was handwritten with swiggles all over. THAT'S WHY I REALLY NEEDED THIS BOOK! I was hooked before I made it to page 2. So much of what's in the book touched parts of me I thought were lost or hidden away. Who'd a thought?

A reader , July 13, 1997 Sark is a one-woman fiesta!
This is a delightful little book. Though I found
it a joyful experience throughout, there was one
page that was worth the price of the book --
Martha Graham's quote on page 6. I immediately
tacked it to my studio bulletin board, and would gladly
stencil it on my wall as a daily reminder to never take
one's own gifts for granted. Though I am usually
leery of authors who are so relentlessly upbeat,
I must say that Sark won me over. Just yesterday I ran
across her newest one (Succulent Wild Women) and I
guess I'm going to have to have it, too.
