While there are a number of excellent dream books out there that talk about dreams, dream theories, and dream expieriences, Strephon Kaplan-Williams's book cuts through all the verbosity and gives what we really need: an excellent source of dreamwork exercises, with brief examples and explanation, just enough to get the reader started.
This is the book that really made it clear to me just how profound dreams and dreamwork can be. If you are interested in actually exploring your dreams on a deep level, rather than just saying "Interesting," and then forgetting about them, buy this book.
