1998 The way in to dream interpretation
Living your dreams is all you could ask for as an introduction to personal
dream interpretation. As a practical guide to recording and getting the
most out of your dreams, it is unsurpassed. It also offers an introduction
to the various schools of thought and a good reading list.

Still my favorite
Definitely a classic! It should be noted, however, that this is essentially
the 3rd edition of LIVING YOUR DREAMS. The first, which is the one I read,
was published in the late 1970's. The third edition is more refined and,
I thought, a bit more conservative. Very well presented, and easily accessible.
I was "incubating" dreams the very first night I read the directions.
I would definitely recommend this book, especially to people who rarely
remember their dreams, and want to see what all the fuss is about!
